Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
